About Me.
For over a decade, I have been committed to helping individuals, families, and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, expertise, and a personalized approach to therapy. As a Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts, I specialize in supporting clients through mental health challenges, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
Beyond my work with clients, I spent six years training and supervising other therapists, guiding them in ethical and effective therapeutic practice. My academic foundations include a Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy from Liberty University as well as undergraduate degree in psychology and undergraduate degree in Human Services with a specialization in early childhood education.
I work with individuals ages 9 and up, meeting them in their need and collaboratively building a plan to support them in achieving their goals. Using approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ARC, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing . I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, ensuring they feel supported at every step. Therapy is a space for growth, resilience, and discovery. I invite you to begin your journey with me at your own pace in a way that feels right for you.

Vine Counseling Mission
At Vine Counseling, our mission is to provide a compassionate, grounded, and growth‑oriented therapeutic space where individuals can heal, reconnect, and thrive. Rooted in the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for resilience, we integrate evidence‑based practices with a warm, relational approach tailored to each client’s unique journey. For those who desire it, we honor the role of faith, scripture, prayer, and spiritual meaning as a source of grounding, hope, and healing.
Through supporting personal healing and emotional balance—including recovery from traumatic experiences—we help clients deepen self‑understanding and cultivate greater awareness of the environments they move through, the patterns they have learned, and the ways these dynamics shape their experiences and relationships. In this work, we hold space for transformation, allowing beauty to spring up from ashes as individuals reclaim their sense of wholeness, purpose, and possibility. As clients grow in clarity, emotional insight, and intentionality, they often notice healthier communication, more secure connections, and more fulfilling interactions with the people around them.
Our work is dedicated to fostering authentic connection, nurturing meaningful personal growth, and empowering individuals with the tools they need to move forward with purpose, resilience, and a growing sense of relational and spiritual well‑being.
