Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $120

Couples / Family Therapy (50–60 minutes): $150

Payment Methods (Payment is due at the time of service)

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through the client portal.

At Vine Counseling, we believe cost should never be a barrier to receiving compassionate, quality care. To support clients with financial need, we offer a limited number of sliding‑scale spots based on income and current circumstances. If a reduced fee would help you access or continue therapy, please reach out—together, we’ll explore an option that feels supportive and sustainable.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available, and eligibility is determined based on individual financial circumstances.

Sliding scale placement considers factors such as:

• Household income

• High-deductible/out-of-network insurance burden

• Medical or caregiving expenses

• Employment changes

• Educational or training status 

• Other financial hardships

2. Let me know during your consultation or if hardship circumstances arise for ongoing clients.

3. I’ll ask a few brief questions to understand your financial situation and work with you to determine if you qualify for sliding scale fees. 

4. If determined to qualify, you will be asked to complete a sliding scale fee application and submit requested supporting documentation.

5. We’ll select the fee tier that fits your needs and availability.

Sliding scale fees may be reviewed every 3–6 months.
